Cleaning engine parts in the dishwasher.

This worked unbelievably well. My engine popped and threw up the cylinder into my intake manifold (thankfully not my turbo turbine) and I needed a way to clean grease and and metal off parts and I ran it on a pan cycle, extra hot.

Lol, I lucked out, my wife was washing my pistons and rods in a hot soapy sink while this was in the dishwasher. Believe it or not we live in a very nice home in the suburbs. She has gave up trying to change me after 9 years.

This thread is turning out a lot different than I thought. You all are whipped. Jk...jk

This. I'd be more worried about staining the aluminum than damaging the dishwasher.

Thank you. Many of my ideas turn out like tim taylor on home improvement, broken or blown up but this one actually worked.

You use aluminum pans? I wash all my stainless, cast iron (skillet), etc in the dishwasher. What detergent are you using? Now we are way off subject and getting kind of gay.

He is poking fun at my statement. I use stainless as well. Cascade packs...hazes my pots and pans.
