wow redline...you went a little crazy with the diag there...

look; i drove thru about a foot of water the day after I lowered my SS and the intake sucked a **** load of water into the motor. I pulled of the intake and dried it out, the air filter, the PCV line, and TB. I went and had the oil changed, ran a bottle of HEET in the gas tank, and had the car towed from my house to the dealer because it kept going into Engine Power Reduced mode. They replaced the TB assembly and the 1st O2 sensor (they explode when they get wet while hot) and the car ran like new afterward.

And BTW; I put the stock airbox back on and told them it started acting funny after I took it to an automatic car wash...it was all covered under warranty.

yeah my first car was a factory freak...i put it thru hell and it took it...

if he was able to get the car started and running he should be fine...there just may be a few things he'll need to replace. TB (possibly), O2 sensor...

it will be fine.. change the oil and run some lucas injector cleaner through it and it should be ok..

happens all the time on my dirt bikes and atv's, and they suck in muddy water and they are ok after a oil change..
