Cobalt-Semi Down!!!!!

If its not 1 thing its another lately and i'm getting tired of the **** fast!!!! I am seeing no knock in 1st or 2nd gear at WOT but then comes 3rd gear and BOOM knock up the ass! If i'm on the highway cruising in 4th or 5th and stab at the gas anymore than about 25% throttle i get ******* knock lots and lots of knock. I dont have hptuners so i cant just take some timing off, i believe theres a problem with my meth not kicking on at WOT and that may be my knock problem. Some1 grabbed my set of hex heads so i cant even pop the cover off 2 get to my spark plugs till 2morow. I'm 18 frustrated and have lost patientence with this car at the moment so i'm reaching out to the guys of css.net 2 help me out a little

First of all look at the little green seal thats ment to seal the little nozzle to the TB, i need another 5 sized seal:




My pulley is a lilttle off like 1 rib, i know thats my fault:



My meth thats suppose to be running:


It's been filled up the same for awhile now pry a 2 weeks or so and i know i;ve done my fair share of pulls so i think it would lose some fluid:

And for all you out there the car if u want it could be sold for 18K w/ all mods on it. Its an 07 with 11.6K on it full warrenty in-tact still mods in VB garage:

Well first of all... that Pulley is on there WAY too far. The Pulley Hub should sit flush with the end of the shaft. In that pic, it looks like you are sticking out a bit.

Second, check your connections... you might have just had a connection come apart... that might be your problem.

Other than that... I dunno. See if Hahn will help you out. They tuned you, right?



Hard to tell in your pic, but it appears as though the S/C shaft protrudes from the Hub... is should be flush, like mine.

tom tuned me bill just tuned 4 meth. the pulley/bub is definetly off some i need 2 get that taken care of. any conncections in-peticular i should check?

Power. I don't know how Meth is rigged up, so I can't point you in the EXACT location, but you'll wanna check where the Meth pump is getting its power from.

If the Meth isn't kicking it, I can only assume that it isn't getting power... or it isn't getting the WOT/RPM signal.

When i was looking threw GM service info they had a troubleshooting graph for misfires . In all of the graphs one of the first things to look for was a misalinged pulley , they can really cause havoc . I wouldn't go nuts till u get that straightened out.

that is great news man!!! i'm getting that lined up 2day after work. so that will hopefully take car of the slight misfire error

now the knock and meth situation i have a few friends coming 2 look at it 2day after work adn i'm hoping fresh eyes see something that i am missing, b/c i've been running meth for a lil over a 3 weeks and i've never had 2 fill it up and i know i get on it every know and again so i should be filling it up
