Cobalt SS wont stay running. BOOST leak?

Back to my 05 LSJ, the other night i couldnt boost past 5 psi. higher rpms the car leaned right out. Bank 1 too lean code came on. considered my actuator was faulty, did the "boost bypass mod" to no avail. Today i cleaned my throttle body and whatever i could see in my intake and now the car wont even stay running. I considered a fuel issue to be the main problem, but ive read alot of places that a boost leak can lead the car to not stay running either. a month ago i ported my supercharger and downsized the pulley to 2.9" on gm stage 2 tune. Does anybody have any suggestions or has this happened to you? Fuel filter was changed last march (40k on car since)
