I recently just bought my 06 Chevy cobalt ss lsj stage three from zzp and replaced all sorts of things and it's all coming down to rough idle, not wanting to accelerate, poor fuel economy, hesitation, and smell of gas. NEED HELP PLEASE

Well not knowing what things were replaced, I can say the issue is somewhere between the front bumper and the rear bumper. Now to narrow that down some more, what was replaced during the install?

Also any codes or CELs?

When you start throwing that many parts at it it can make things even more confusing to diagnose. But you are saying currently your check engine light is off and you aren't throwing any codes?

Did you change the intake at all? Could just be the tune that is off or your MAF readings are not where they are supposed to be because of some intake tract change.
