Cruise Control add-on

Picked up a 2006 LS coupe w/o cruise. In researching how to add it in I discovered that GM apparently uses voltage levels at the BCM C2 pin 61 to control the cruise.
The steering wheel contol has resistors to set a low voltage to activate the cruise circuit. Then, when the set or resume buttons are pushed, additional resistors raise the voltage on pin 61 to accomplish that function.
Can anyone tell me what the resistor values in the steering wheel buttons are (either pins 3&4 (w/o UK3) or pins 6&7 (UK3))? Or can anyone tell me the various voltages (between 0 and 12 volts) on C2 pin 61 when a. the cruise is on, b. when the set button is pushed, and c. when the resume button is pushed?
Thanks,
