Custom Gauge face problem

I ordered a custom gauge face from blackcatcustoms and it came out great. got all the LEDs working properly. the RPM needle works great, the fuel needle works great. But the speedometer needle seems to lag a bit. it doesnt jump up when I accelerate quickly. eventually it gets up to the proper speed but takes it's time doing so.

Did I break my cluster or did i just mix something up?

You might have pushed the needle on too hard and it is dragging on the face

This is why I bought a spare cluster and sent it to them to do. Didn't want to screw something up.

That makes sense. I'll try to loosen it a bit

yeh you dont have to push it all the way down, it should just be down enough where it has a small space below it, namely the width of i wanna say a credit card, or one of those plastic keychain things you get for discounts at stores.

Did this fix your problem? I'm having the same issue and I've losened/tightened, did everything I could think of and I'm still having that issue.

Yeah they're not bad. Just don't go with the black and blue theme I'm going for.
