Door Handles Not Engaging?
I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but my door handles work whenever they feel like it. It seems to be that I would have to tighten something inside the latch mechanism or get me a little WD-40, but I'm not sure what the issue is. Here is the current situation: The door had trouble opening, then it closed strangely, but now neither handle will work, inner or outer. I've taken the panel off and still can't spot the issue. Any ideas?

i drove to the store not that long ago, when i came back out my door wouldnt shut, and latch. I had to drive the whole way home holding the door shut. i sprayed some of the dub-ya D-40 in the latch and it fixed my problem..

I had the same problem... Took it down to the dealership and they fixed. Cuz it was still under Warranty... They told me the locking mech. broke. Said it was a factory error. I dunno if its the same problem you have. But mine went out the same way yours did..

See where the cable is latch to the Ihook, every time you pull the handle that hook moves down... then it returns to the up position like in pick. Sounds like that it didn't return all the way, sometimes hitting the door by the latch frees it. if it doesn't remove the panel & lube it with WD40 & work it a few times should solve the problem!
