it makes sense to me. Your messing with the air imput & those are the Codes that you are throwing. That System too-lean one is kinda Scarry Though. if you were running a little Ritch to help out w/ knock retard thats one thing. I think these cars run rich from the Factory though. Good luck chasing it.

Sorry to hear that Kyle. I think it might have to do with the intake, but it's a dryflow I thought. Could always try taking out your MAF and seeing if it is dirty in anyway.

Thats what alsmot everyone was getting with a CAI. Did u disconnect battery when u installed it ?

P0103 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit High Input

MAF failure is at 10,000Hz . Did u got up to 6500 or 7 grand ? with the CAI

Never got the lean code but i did get the P103 with my CAI just on the base Stage 2 but the i had to bump up the MAF fail.

Get a GM stage 1 or 2 and you wont have those codes again. When I had a K & N

typhoon code p0171 came on every week. After I installed stage 2 it never came back on

and had no problems what so ever.

I was wondering how long it would take people to realise that.

First time I've heard of a lean code on the 2.2....

i had a cel on my 2.2 when i added the aem cai and when i took it to the dealership they made it go away and has never come back. that was over 8000 mi ago. i think it was from touching the maf while changing the intake pipe. the tech said they are super sensitive to foreign debris. not sure how they cleaned it though.
