I found a black and green wire from my fog/headlight harness on the driver side ripped. I cannot find where they connect. My passenger side works

Those wires are in the same bundle as the outside temp sensor.

I only seen a place for2 wires for that. Where exactly cause I don't see any place

The back side of your drivers side headlamp bracket, remove the black headlamp bracket and you'll see the temp sensor. The wires you want are in that bundle somewhere.
