I've been getting a random misfire in cylinder 3 for a while now. And it's very random. It comes and goes as it please and occasionally throws the code for the primary/secondary circuit for misfire. But I was checking everything and noticed that the end of my fuel rail(drivers side) had very small bubbles being blown out of the seal? Is that something that could cause my random issue.

Also I have swapped coils it stayed in cyl 3 and I've swapped harnesses.

I kept having random misfire on a brand new ecu. Turns out the ECU was defective

 

It is possible. There should be no leaks of any kind.
