I took my car to the dealership yesterday with a few items on my mind. I wanted the charge piping bracket recall for sure, I needed a purge valve cap that popped off on me while driving one day, and I wanted to see what could be done about my rear brakes on my SS/TC. Within 36 hours, my car was done. I questioned if they had done everything in only one business day, but they actually did. They replaced the charge piping bracket, purge cap, and rear rotors and brakes all for free, no questions asked.
I was surprised it was so easy honestly, and was surprised they covered the purge cap under warranty. Just thought I would let everyone know that Chevy apparently still is capable of doing the right thing

i've only had one problem with GM and the warranty situation and that was 100% the dealership being a gaggle of douchebags.

 

Hmm hear this, i went there coz my engine was rocking back n forth way too much...it is under warranty...they told me it was fine and charge me a 100 $.... i go home open my hood pulled the upper mount and its broken..i replaced it on my own n offcourse i paid for it...took the issue to the manager and her offered me 50 dollars off a service to be done in the future for my car, no refunds for their stupidity thou...it was the first time i take this car to a chevy dealer n proly the last as they donno wat they're doing oh well maybe its juss that dealership...

But hey i love chevy cars hence i have a cobalt
