GM Corperate.

Anyone know how to get in touch with someone higher than the District Managers for GM? Reguarding an on going repair issue?

My girlfriends shitty cruze that is self destructing and gets worse every time the dealer touches it.
Only car I have ever seen that has every single warning error, message, active that still drives normal. Well, except when it chooses to shut off for no reason what so ever.

Yeh your not gonna get much help, they weren't able to do much other then act as a mediator for communication in my last encounter. Dealer has all the say in what happens. took mine in for special warranty coverage and they left it sitting in the lot and never did anything of whats on the repair procedure. There was so sense causing a big stir over a 90 dollar part in this case because im more worried about them being spiteful with the car, especially with it being modified.

Damn my girls in the market for a new car this year and the diesel cruze seemed like a solid bet. Guess not.

OP, have you tried a different dealer? Or is the issue with work that has already bee done? We really need more details on the situation.

care to elaborate on this, now that you made us all curious, and if what you said is true, you need to contact an attorney
