I've had that problem twice with stock plugs. One 100% stock and one with my 3" pulley. Both times stock plugs.
Theres something about the cold that the coil packs don't like.
The coil modules are not cheap, that's why the price is so high. It's easy to install. Just order the part from them and install it yourself.

I 100% guarentee the plug did not cause the problem.
They know full well that the plug didn't cause the problem. It's just an easy scape goat for something they don't understand. Make them show you in the tech data that only ONE type of plug can be used on the car. The term *recommended* doesn't mean it's the one and only.
You think it's worth fighting after I agreed to let them work on my car?
Both times it happend to me the dealer fixed it no questions asked, even when I had my intake and 3" pulley installed.
And the spark plugs have been in the car for damn near 15k now.
I never checked the spark plugs because they were ungappable and I wasn't doing any tuning
Find out what caused the plug to foul, other than that it is a specific brand. Plugs usually foul because of oil leaking into the cylinder or so much fuel being dumped into the cylinder that it doesn't get a chance to burn off. Or inefficient spark, like NJHK said.
They should also have checked to see if you have an injector stuck open.
They also should have checked all the connections to the coils to make sure they all have correct power going to them.

Tell me about it.
A coil pack costs $25 bucks from the junkyard. I still have to stock plugs at my parents house. and it takes 10 minutes to swap all four plugs and the coil pack, so I don't know where they're coming up with $380
I'm going to take a LONGG inquisitive look at that invoice when I get it

When this happened to me they said the platinum 4 plugs were to hot for the coilpack to handle. Which caused it to overheat then after it cools it stops working. Thats what they told me so I dont know.

Something tells me you should fight this. Spark plugs are a maintenance product right? So like oil, filters, tires, etc... its your responsibility to change them when due. So if you chose to change out your Delco plugs for a comprable product from another manufacturer didn't you excercise good judgement assuming you bought the correct Bosch plugs for your car? It's almost like saying when your stock Pirelli's wear down and you go buy some KDW's that the dealer can say your suspension problems were caused by the tires. Just because the aren't stock brand doesn't mean they're not the 'correct' part. Worst case scenario just fix it yourself with junkyard parts. Good luck.
I did a search by typing in (Bosch Platinum +4 problems) and got 11 pages of car fourms from Merceades Benz, Porsche, Dodge, Mazda, Toyota, Honda. Etc. Etc. all having the same problem.
Sorry you lost your Warrenty over this your not alone and its not just with Chevrolets.
Go fast goodies are not all they are advertised to be.

It was probably a $100 more because of the labour. They never tell you over the phone what the labour charge is.....just how much the part is going to be.
So does this mean that none of the aftermarket plugs are good for the car??
