Dirty throttle body? IT's hard to tell without more information. I have heard that our throttle bodies get gunked up from the crankcase vent, and when they do it causes the RPMs to rise and fall.

If the throttle is REALLY gumed up, you could have a engine light for TPS (THrottle POsition Sensor) or something similar. INjen intake could cause a light too.

Clean the throttle plate BY HAND let me make sure you understand this before you get spray can happy and end up buying a new TB. Soak a rag, manually open the throttle with your finger (it'll open and it won't hurt anything) and wipe the contact areas where blade meets body until it's clean the rest isn't particularly important. Oh and they make a MAF/ Electronics SPECIFIC spray cleaner...use that please, residue from other chems will skew readings.

okay we hooked up the obd2 and we cleared the message for the intake and that shut off the engine light.. but the second message said that the car was running to lean we just let it idle out and cleared it... runs perfect and shifts smooth... i dunno maybe it was just a little hiccup in the system thanks for all the tips and help with though i still plan to tear that stuff down and clean it just to be safe
