Okay so my instrument panel cluster DIC Whatever u wanna call it keeps saying trunk ajar. Well clearly my trunk isn't open, it closes and stays closed. Pops up with trunk button. The trunk light was runnin down my battery so i disconnected that.

What do i need to do or look at to fix this? No accidents nothing. It sets my alarm off to.

Please honest opinions and help no bullshit childish idiotic posts plzz.

Not sure where the sensor is for trunk closed id look for that probably part of the trunk solenoid unplug it and see if it goes away and replace
