my pulley tensioner i believe its called, the bottom silver piece to this picture http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...18&tx=44&ty=71, rattles like crazy. If i were to get the zzp adjustable pulley tensioner would this solve the problem or would i need to replace the tensioner itself.

Did you put a smaller pully on?

 

Yes, 2.8. It rattled before the new pulley though.

 

if you didnt buy the tensioner from zzp or a shorter belt than its going to rattle really bad, but if you bought the shorter belt and its still rattleing i would replace the whole tensioner

 

You need to purchase a new tensioner meaning the arm. my buddy has one i am prety surre, his name is armyguy151 on here i think.. He should have onje for sale... GM WANTS LIKE 200+ for one
