I dont have a wideband. I just have aero force interceptors. It is like a grey or white smoke.

If it's white its headgasket, if it's blue it's burning oil, and black/dark grey would be burning too much fuel GENERALLY. I didn't realize it was when you let the gas off.

My first thought was headgasket. I guess its when you are on the throttle, and will not have alot of power. I want to say it is fuel but it is not black. It has power just throws smoke when letting off the gas. When you come to a stop sign all you smell is oil. The car is not really burning any oil. Just when i let off the throttle which is weird.

you probably have a cracked head gasket, fix it before it becomes worse.

Have you done a compression test yet?

I did a normal compression test. I didnt do it the proper way. The car was not fully warm and etc. I had 123,122,124,150 across the board. The 150 made me worried because that is not within 10%. I really need to do a leak down test.

Something is obviously dumping into the cyl's when you let off the throttle.
Does it blow smoke when you first start it in the morning if so what color?

Im thinking head gasket on this one.
If your leaking into the oil pan your oil level wont go down on the dipstick it actually goes up.the oil floats on the water.

If it is that far off I'd either go back and do it correctly (let it idle for 5mins first) or I would have it done at a shop, just to be sure.

Check yoir coolant level or monitor it if yoir driving it still and keep checkimg the dip stick for white goop or froth ,a sure sign coolant is getting in the oil.
