help car is in shop again.limp mode

Dealer. Told me they called gm tac
And they are admitting to a lot of issues with turbo upgrade.
Tac seems to insist there is a boost leak
I checked and did not see one.
Also since the fact that my upper tmap has oil on it and if cleaned every two days this limp mode issue does not happen. Wouldn't it make sense to pull pcv off. Is there another way to test pcv.gm tac is saying oil is normal.
Also pin hole was found in air duct from sir box to turbo.
Any help?
I just don't want my car back again that will go into limp mode on highway dealer does not seem to want to look into pcv oil issue because of gm not recommending it.

Get Powell's PVC system if you know the oil on the map is causing the issue

I would also recommend cleaning the charge piping and intercooler and getting your intake valves walnut blasted

What about the mpx catch can
Or just the mpx in line one way valve?
Has anyone who has had trouble with oil on tmap installed either and had success with keeping tmap oil free?

Pretty sure every catch can on an LNF is a failure, only success is Powells PVC filtration and drain system. Have you emptied any oil from your intercooler and lower charge piping? Or checked the shaft play in your turbo?

Dealer checked no oil in intercooler
I can check shaft end play at some point
How and where am I checking.
How many thousandths are acceptable?
Wonder if the Powell setup would void warranty.
But then again something has to fix this

Its interesting there is no oil in the intercooler but your map sensor is getting covered in oil. I would personally check for oil in the intercooler. You can pull the intake off the turbo and use you hand to see if there is any play at all. Don't know the allowable specs but any play is not good normally. The blades should spin rather freely
