Help me please!!!

yesterday i went to pull out onto a road and its raining so as i pull out im spinning hard but there is a car coming so i had to keep on it. then i hit second hard but by this time im up to enough speed that i can let off and when i do my speedo goes down to 0 and then back up to 40 something then back down to 0 and the digital read out says POWER STEERING and my power steering cuts out. so then i pull of onto a side road and turn it off and turn it back on and it says powersteering again. then i scroll through the read out and there is blank spots next to my total mileage, my trip A and B are blank, my avg speed is blank and my fuel gauge says i have a fuel tank but i dont. oh and my speedo sits at 0 when i am moving but my tach works and im getting fuel and making boost.
ive checked fuses and couldnt find any blown.
i let it sit for 24 hours and dry off.
i disconnected the battery. and still no luck.
here is what my read out is doing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6g1sGpDU2A
does any one have any ideas? thanks in advance

it sounds like you might need to replace either the information center or it could be an ecu problem? thats my best guess is it a sc or tc?

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes then plugging it back in. I am going to guess that the car threw a code for a wheel speed sensor error. If that doesn't work see if you can take the car to autozone or somewhere and see fi they can pull codes to see what codes you are throwing.

Wonder if it's a BCM problem as well.

You checked the fuses on the passenger side of the compartment, correct? However, I highly doubt it's a fuse because all of your other instruments work.

Most important question...do you have the LSD? If not, you were doing a peg-leg burnout, so one wheel is turning at 25mph, the other three were probably at 3-10 mph. Try the battery disconnect procedure, but if that situation presents itself again, for the love of your car LIFT OFF THE THROTTLE.

He was also most likely wheel hopping the hell out of his car. I wouldn't be surprised if the shock from the wheel hop messed something up.

I have Stage 2 Rotated Trans Mounts, Ingalls TD and a different upper motor mount and my car still hops if I spin too much in the rain.

it may have stored another code, but you cant tell cause your light is already on. get it checked for codes and go from there. You need someone with more than a generic scanner so they can check all the modules for codes

This has happened to me before too. The only time it ever went off was when both tires broke loose around a corner in the rain. The power steering message only appeared for a couple seconds and then everything went back to normal. I let off as soon as i felt the tires slip but it sounds like you stayed in it way too long.
