i took it to the dealer and they said it was the aftermarket intake (which i knew this) i thought they would be able to fix it but they cant...they cleared the code but it came back on...so my question is if i took it to a dyno place like new era performance in rochester could they tune the car and make the computer read the new intake or am i stuck with this check ingine light...

aslo will a new maf sensor work? like the one by jetchip / Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor

Check and double check your intake connections, make sure there are no leaks whatsoever. Clean your MAF, clean your TB, and clean your air filter. Other than that, you will probably just have to live with the code, it's not hurting anything. You can get it tuned out if you know someone with HPTuners.
