Exclamation HID Headlights Stopped Working

Hello, I am having a problem with my HID low beams. The driver's side low beam started going out intermittently. It would go off once in a while but would be on the next time I used the headlights. Then the passenger side started doing the same thing. Now the driver's side will not come on at all except for a very brief flicker, and the passenger side comes on, but shuts off. If I cycle the lights off and back on the passenger side comes back on but will still go off after a few minutes. I'm unsure of the brand of headlights as they were on the car when I bought it. I assumed the ballasts were bad, so I replaced them with some universal ones off eBay to no avail. I would think that if it was in the switch or relay, both sides would be affected equally or they wouldn't work at all. My high beams and corner lights work fine. Anyone experienced this or have any suggestions on what to look for? Thanks.

I usually just swap bulbs and ballasts to determine what the issue is.

I've had issues with the wire harness and corrosion.
