high beams not working with projectors

high beams not working with projectors

i just got done installing the projectors and the high beams will not work, everything else works perfectly but not high beams? these were brand new, any ideas?

I was mainly asking because I didn't know if you meant that they aren't getting brighter or if they weren't turning on at all.
