horn not working

My horn will not work when my lights are on but it will work when the lights are off. Its a 05 cobalt ls

Welcome to GM electrical systems lol I can't help with your problem but be prepared for more.

Check all the fuses, and grounds. Make sure no wires are split or damaged.

I heard of a problem like this in class but i cant remember the solution. Check the horn bolts, it may be case grounded. If i was on a computer id look up some diagrams for you.
