Check the fuse in the engine bay. If that's all good, take off your driver's side headlight and check to make sure the horn is plugged in and not loose. If THAT's all good take the center of your steering wheel off and look. If THAT is all good, get an airhorn and just hang it out the window and blast when needed.

Lol are you SURE the fuse is good? Last suggestion would be bring it to a dealer. Oh and if you know how to splice wires yourself (2 wires for the horn), I would seriously go to the junkyard and buy a Monte Carlo horn. Best $2 investment I ever made. My car sounds like it has more ***** than my dad's STS.

yes I can splice wires lmaoo. My uncle has an old ass monte carlo just rotting away I may go take the horn off of it.. I am going to check the voltage first and make sure it has power coming from the connector. if so Id say the horn is just broken.

Yeahhh. There could be something wrong with the actual connection in the steering wheel too. You checked that for sure?

P.s. I got mine out of an 05 Monte.

Hm, is there any wiring exposed? And is it raining in your area? Try taking the fuse out and flipping it around, just for ***** and giggles. And whatever horn you take should have 2 black shell-like things (for the ballsy dual-tone) and it needs to have a black and a green wire in order for it to work easily.

nope all was good. and yes it was raining last night. I also think that when I pulled the fuse I might have flipped it around on accident anyways.. Didnt think about this but my grandma has a cobalt so Ill probably switch her and see if hers works. Hopefully it is just the horn and not wiring somewhere..
and if it doesnt work. my face will look like stephen colbert in my sig =o
