hose clamp not tight,radiator hose came off

hose clamp not tight,radiator hose came off
Wasn't tightened from the factory and lost the hose going into t-stat housing.Bill Jacobs Chevrolet,Joliet fixed it same day.Very good dealer so far,would reccomend.
