how much do you think it would cost to intall 65lb injectors (hard wired in) and tune my cobalt?

You could probably wire the injector clips in yourself. The clips themselves cost about 2-3 bux a peice. Then tuning for them isn't anything special. Same as tuning for any other injector size.
