Humming/Buzzing/grind while driving

Hey guys, something just popped up the other day and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. While moving I have a humming/buzzing noise coming from the front. It is not tied to the revs of the engine so I am thinking it is something tied to the wheels. Basically it sounds like something is rubbing in a way it shouldn't. I havent had a chance to get under the car yet to take a look, but it sounds like a bearing.

Like I said, its tied totally to how fast I am moving not the revs in the engine.

Anybody have ideas or experience this?

I finally found the vid I was looking for... this is what it sounds like...I kid you not. The faster I am going, the louder it gets.

Maybe the plastic scoop that hangs down from the rad is loose?
Fender liner loose ,sheared off plastic push in things that hold it.(had a few of these shear off)
The fender liner actually holds the rear bumper in place.

Nah... it's a more mechanical sound. Definitely not something vibrating.

Hmm.. Does it do it if you were rolling down the highway in neutral? Doesent matter if clutch is engaged disengaged? Only depends on speed ? Above 40mph?

I have an auto, so I don't normally roll down the highway in neutral. lol. Yea, it is solely dependent above speed and is only noticeable above 40.

Noticeable above 40? If u swerve side to side does it get louder and go away in the other direction? Likely a wheel bearing

you guys have a support bearing on you pass side axle right? thinking this could be one of the issues on the SS's that wouldn't be affected when turning

Did anyone come up with a solution for this? Mine started after I came down a 20 mile (or so) road down a mountain.. Kinda seems to be affecting power/mpg too.. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Definitely a wheel bearing. Mine never have play in them. When they go bad they make the weirdest sound. Been a conalt owner since they came out.
