i hate hub caps!!!!!!!!!!!
was driving to pick up buffalo wild wings and a hub cap fell off the front tire of the car in front of me then went under the back tires and flew up in the air and came down and hit my bumper i have a slight line in the bumper with a small scratch (too deep to rub out) IS THIS AN EASY FIX?
LOCATED: under my passenger headlight diagonally, about 4 inches long.
