I lost 10 psi??? I need help please

Here is the deal..My car normally boosts right at 19 to 20 psi...For some reason it will only boost to 9 or 10 psi. You cant tell ant differance unless you get on it. It runs just fine. I dont know how long it has been doing htis. I dont drive it hard very often. It has 16xxx miles on it and my mods are in my Sig...Anybody have any ideas? Or has anyone had this problem? Help me please...lol

Anybody???

I have a oversized tensioner pulley.. It holds steady at 9 or 10 psi.. The car has been modded for over a year with no problems. It also has new plugs if that matters

It could also be a faulty boost gauge... does the car feel noticably slower when you step on it?

I was just gonna tell you to try the boost bypass mod... There can be some negative effects so I would do it for now and try to figure out what is causing the issues!

Did your cooling pump crap on you, because that'sa symptom of severe heat. Car will permanently reduce boost if it sees the extreme heat from a dead intercooler pump.

Yeah, the 2.7 is a heat generatin' S.O.B. Start the car and make sure the fluid is flowing through the H/E fluid neck!
