ya it's not stuck either, i wish someone could come and try to open it so they know the feelin of the handle. its hard to explain but you know when you open it and there is like idk weight or something... You can kinda feel how it has some pull to it, well now its just nothing

When you pull to open the door is it just like really light feeling and there is no tension to it?

yeah, it feels as if your just pulling the handle and nothing else, like the rod feel off the handle and theres nothing you are doing besides moving the handle

I had my locks fail like that, it actually locked me in the car so I had to crawl out the pass. side. For me it wasn't a frozen lock, it actually broke and I had it replaced under warrantee. I would get it looked at if your car is still covered. I had to drive it around like that for a week cause the parts were on back order. I am pretty sure a few others on here have had this issue. My car started by actually not allowing the door to close, had to lock unlock several times, but it finally gave up working all together. You should definitely take it in if the car is still covered.

I don't see how BOTH doors failed at the same time?!?!

Try going back in through the trunk and pulling the lock up and open it. Test both doors from the inside.

If that doesn't work then???
