First of all I searched and searched, nothing

The interior door trim, right next to your hip is getting scratched by either A)The metal part of the seat belt or B)My watch scratching the panel when I try to adjust my seat.

Is there any way to fix this?

If its the piece where the window switch is, then take it in to your dealership, its covered under warranty. Mine was covered... twice haha.
