Just an FYI to those having problems with Cruise Control!

Just an FYI to those having problems with Cruise Control!

I took my 06 SS/SC to the shop today, because of my grinding tranny (which by the way they said is normal under light loads) but also because my Cruise Control did not work! Theres a new PI at Chevy stating that a code is stored in the computer if you rest your foot on the clutch pedal that it will dissengage Cruise Control.... I guess there was 2 other SS/SCs in there before me with the same problem! But you must completely take your foot off the clutch, if you even barely touch the pedal it will dissengage the Cruise Control!

No I knew that touching the clutch dissengaged it... but it throws a code to the computer and completely keeps cruise control from even engaging in the first place!

Doesn't seem good to rest your foot on the clutch. Not sure if it really matters I've never done it for the fact that I fear it may even just a little move my clutch.
