Would help if you explained what was happening that you need to take it in for service.

How many miles? What have you been having issues with?

well it only has 25k miles everything is covered under warranty. i had the whole top end rebuilt. steering column twice. CABs multiple times, now cam phasers. the list goes on. if its cheap i fix it myself. its not worth the hassle of them trying to duplicate the problem

lemon laws are if you buy a used car and you have a problem with the car, like 3 times or something like that, you can bring the car back and the dealer has to give you a full refund, but i think its like within a month or 3 months or something like that .. and i thought it had to be the same mistake... but don quote me on that... i jus know of it cuz i wanted to pull that law cuz of a focus zx3 i had bought bout 4 years ago.. lol...

ya id say post up more problems.. and cuz out the dealer, speak to managers, picket out infront of the dealer... make a scene.. **** will get fixed quick

it depends on the state i know MD is so crazy and make you jump through so many hoops, all i remember is that the car has to be taken in for the same exact documented issue at least 3 times idk how it works in PA though

basically if they keep fixing the car for you then you wont have much of a case. Also fixing the stuff yourself isnt helping your case either. Just saying not being a dick.

Royce777,
I am sorry that your G5 has not been a satisfactory vehicle for you, and can understand frustration at making multiple trips to the dealership for repair. I respect your right as an owner to seek a legal resolution, but have you worked with Customer Assistance before?

I would at least like the chance to get a case built up for you through us, so that it may be documented with us that you have experienced these concerns. Please send me a private message with some more information, including the last 8 digits of your VIN (will allow me to see your service history through our databases), your name and contact information (phone and address, please) and the name of your dealership.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Sarah

and women have more problems than men. So in theory the G5 would break down more?
