Your MAF or IAT plug could be loose or anything else you touched installing your CAI. Your MAF could be wet if you drove in the rain with your CAI? Call Onstar and ask them what trouble codes it's telling you.

Pull your MAF, and clean it with some parts cleaner.

Rough idle could be a lot but it's usually a dirty/wet MAF with a CAI.

It cant be that, it was dry all day today and it is like a mist type of rain outside right now, a few weeks ago it was pouring and i drove it and no probs. i am about to call roadside.

Before you call someone else, try to get it up and running again.

2000 miles. I checked everything i could. I aint taking the wheel and inner fender out in the rain to check the maf, but i highly doubt it came unplugged.

just take the headlight and the headlight bracket out......6 bolts and you can check the MAF with no problems

uh huh. Still had cel. When i unplugged the battery and put it back i started the car and came inside to here, ended up spending a half hour on the site and i went back out and it was in limp mode again. I didnt have time for it to run for half an hour cause as soon as i got the wheel back on the tow truck showed up. but in the 5 minutes it was running no limp mode. so i am going to the dealership when they open and i wanna get what the cel was and go from there. Has anyone ever had a CAI throw them into limp mode??
