LNF Cylinder 2 misfire

I've been getting intermittent CEL for cylinder 2 misfire. Car idles like
crap but not terrible like some of the posts I've read. RPMs stay fairly constant but you can feel it missing at times, it's like a constant "bump" or "pulse" in the engine vibrations. No loss of power and doesn't miss during cruising or acceleration or boost. LTFTs are +4% and short term is all over the place, but it's usually moving around with the bumps in the engine idle. So far I've changed plugs, lowered gap to .032 and ran fuel system cleaner thru the tank. Does this sound like a coked valve issue? Motor has 160k.

I'll have to second the coked valves, especially at that mileage and if you've never cleaned them before. They probably look like absolute hell at this point.

Thanks guys. Ive been afraid of the answer to my problem due to living in an apartment complex that doesn't really allow me to work on my car in the lot.
