Locks Wont Work Correctly

Ok so it rained in my car one day and everything seemed fine. The windows work fine, no problems either with the side mirror buttons. But the locks are acting funny. First of all when I get in my car the lock(ed) icon in the dash goes off. ALso when I press either lock or unlock it works but onces I let it get even just a little...im talking milimeters here. It does the opposite of what i wanted, i.e. press lock, doors lock then unlonk right after. Any ideas whats wrong? Sorry if i confused you in my explaination.

You lost me at "ALso when I press either lock or unlock it works but onces I let it get even just a little...im talking milimeters here"

Millimeters for what? Driving? The lock is moving up or down millimeters? Millimeters of fishing line?

i think he means pressing the button down^
Try taking it out and letting it dry or even use one of those co2 cans to blow the water out, if any
