Looking for help with other car issues

Looking for help with some issues I am experiencing with my 2013 Cadillac ATS.

Symptoms:
1. Steering wheel shakes mainly from 45-60mph (can only be seen/felt on smooth roads)
2. From 50-80mph you can feel a pulsation in the entire car (seat/steering wheel/shifter). This comes in waves where it will feel fine for 5 seconds and then pulsating/vibrating for 5 seconds.
3. When braking the steering wheel shakes and brake pedal pulsates

Background:
This has been going on for months now and I have not been able to solve it. The car has 65K miles on it and is a 6spd manual RWD.

It started with the steering wheel shaking while braking. So, I replaced all 4 rotors and pads. After about a month the problem came back again. Suspecting it was rotors I warrantied them and replaced just the fronts this time. However, the problem came back and this time the steering wheel started to shake anytime 45-60mph with braking and without braking.

My first step was to have my wheels and tires rebalanced but that did not fix the issue.

So I replaced the front rotors for a 3rd time (different brand this time). Additionally, I had my mechanic mount and balance brand new tires/wheels and give the car an alignment.

After all this, symptoms 1 and 2 were still present so I had the tires rebalanced thinking maybe they were off from settling in. Sure enough they were off but the problems were still there. Now symptom 3 is back and I just dont know what to do. At this point I have been through 3 sets of front rotors, 3 tire balances, and an alignment. Has anyone ever experienced something like this???

I had issues once and it was due to a tire being out of balance but nothing like you are talking about. Are you sure you don’t have a caliper sticking?

It is possible but would a caliper sticking cause the car to shake while not on the brakes though?

If it’s not releasing properly or it’s bound up on the slide pins. If you have access to a cheap laser temp gauge ( can be had for less than $30). You could shoot all 4 rotors after driving it to see if one is hot.
