looking for a thought.?
hello ss family, im kinda new to the ss world but have owned the car for going on 3 years now only drove it for a year and a half by now i believe.
long story short car got chewed in storage while ripping apart and harness got chewed by mice.
got cr back with fresh timing chain ect. pcm died. p0603. sad day.
so i replaced it with zzp upgraded one. then got a fresh new dyno tune instead of flashing it over (stupid me)
so it ended up making less power..
said my timing and maf were off.
couldnt use all of the timing grid was down a few whole numbers, and my maf was reading slow..?
so he tells me to change plugs and check maf, so i did both. maf seemed fine, gauge reading it fine, idk what hes talking about.
timing, i mean i changed the plugs and still have the po300 code. im not sure what timing hes speaking of directy. (i had the code when i took it to him to figure out problem) but i replaced plugs with ngk stage 2 colder came with a 2.7 gap, changed the gap to what i was running and still code, changed it about 100 times in 3 days. went up went down, still code. i have no idea what this car wants right now. anyone have any input on what could be happening?
