Loss of power. LNF

Ok so tonight I noticed the car felt a little sluggish so I gave it a little gas and nothing. Feels like im getting 10% throttle and I didst see more than 2 psi. pulled over checked everything over did not see anything out of the ordinary so I get back in the car drive off and its fine. On the way home it does the same thing so I got a video. First pull was 2nd gear 40 roll WOT and as you will see nothing so I turn the car off go again and it pulls like normal. Any ideas?

[EDIT] Checked yesterday and the CEL was just evap but I will pull codes tomorrow to check if there is something new on there.

When you restart the car it is showing that your AFR is at 7.4, that is awfully rich.

It is hard to say exactly what is going on without seeing an actual datalog when the issue is occurring. That will give a lot more information on the problem.

No that is just the Wideband in "warm up" mode it reads 7.4-7.5 until its done doing its thing.

Pulled codes after work it looks like its the MAF.

Yeah I texted KMO told him what I was dealing with and he said boost leak as well so I drove it out to my buddy's shop we looked the car over and found that the hot side intercooler coupler needed replaced. So we swapped it out, cleared the codes and everything is back to normal.
