LSJ-T with LNF parts: oil cooler

I'm using the lnf crossover & thermostat housing, so I see that won't work with my lsj oil cooler. Is it just a matter of creating a double "T" join on one of the heater hoses in that area?

the heater hoses are separate connections then the heat oil cooler ports
