2006 SS/SC

Does anyone know where I can get the part number for the bolt that goes through the holes circled in red? I'm missing the one by the blue arrow. I discovered it on my last oil change this weekend.

I went to the dealership parts department but they didnt have those bolts on their diagram.
When I showed him wich holes it goes through he took my name and number and said hed
have to call higher up for assistance and would get back to me.

Just found out it just goes to the radiator mount. Will replace with one and lowes.
