Not Work Safe motor mounts

Had someone replace mounts on my cobalt but after looking at them I'm not sure they should look like this. If someone can let me know if this looks normal . Im having a lot of vibration and Im trying to figure out what might be causing it. Thanks in advance.

Looks like they didn't get the heat shield on the right side of the mounting bracket, but that's not a big deal.

So this wouldn't be the cause of the excessive vibration?

Depends on the mounts they installed, some rubber is harder. Obviously new mounts will cause more vibes over worn out ones.
