Exclamation Need new Catalytic Converter/Downpipe

I am now looking for a new Downpipe assembly. Somehow my flex portion started leaking and then my CAT cracked and now rattles. This is for a 2009 2LT 2.2L NA 4AT.

I found a full stainless steel one on ZZPerformance, but I may have to look elsewhere. See THIS thread for info on what I found at ZZP.
So I found these two:
  1. Eastern brand Catalytic Converter ASSY
  2. TruBenz

Which would you recommend and why? I passionately want to avoid any CELs/MILs, I'd get OEM if it were not $700. Or what else should I consider?

Thanks!

Well i have both eastern catalytic and zzp catted 2.5 downpipe. Eastern is fine for stock replacement but thats it. The zzp i got second hand and wish i would have bought first looks great fits great and sounds little throatier than stock but not much. Hope this helps.

Yes that does help. I appreciate the response.

Do both of those units have both the O2 before and after the first CAT?

Thanks!

Update.
I ordered the ZZP downpipe eventually: ZZ-E25DP-AC4-CUSTOM : ZZPerformance - 2.5 inch Stainless 2.2L Downpipe #ZZ-E25DP-22

Installed it myself on a Sunday afternoon. Took me a few hours to do alone...
  1. Bust old rusty nuts loose
  2. Jack up vehicle
  3. Totally remove nuts and remove old down pipe
  4. Dry fit new down pipe before going any further!
  5. Plug Wideband O2 sensor bung with Oil Drain Plug from Advance Auto Parts
  6. Repair wires on O2 sensors from when I accidentally dropped the old pipe on ground earlier haha
  7. Install new O2 sensors and pipe into car
  8. Confirm torques, clean up, and test

Deeper sound. Rest of the exhaust is stock. Nothing bad. And also no CELs after a week of driving. Good stuff.

Turns out the first CAT wasn't cracked or damaged. Both OEM cats looked fine. Apparently part of the interior metal lip on the engine side of the downpipe, right before the flex portion, had fractured and fallen down into the flex section of the pipe. So that caused the rattle I was having. And I'm guesstimating the incident that cracked it lead to making some other break in outer flex section resulting in the leak sound.
