I just debadged my trunk on the cobalt ss/sc and took everything off but the ss symbol and i think it looks really nice i will post pics hopefully within the next couple of days. Any ways all of the stickey **** came off of everything but the chevy symbol where there is just a little bit left that is visible and i have an adhesive remover. Should i keep on applying the remover until it is completely gone? i do not want to ruin my paint either.

 

What are you using? Goo gone should work. That or even rubbing alcohol. but don't take my word on that I don't know how they affect paint.

Ive used rubbing alcohol and goo gone to get off parking decals on my rear windows.

 

Try a bit of car wax on a cloth and rub on it .If you rub to hard with a remover liqiud I think you stand a chance of creating a dull spot in the clear coat !

 

Ya i stopped buy a car paint shop today and they said i rubbed to hard with the remover so it is just a dull spot in the clear coat. He said if i get a buffer it should come out fine with no problems. I have a buddy who details cars so i mite just bring it buy and have him do the whole car. Thanks for the help
