Need your help
Hey guys so long story short most of you know. A few weeks ago was going over a speed bump didnt notice i left the car in 3rd gear going over the bump when I started trying to move well going less than 8mph and 3rd gear dont mix together well. The car started shaking like you would expect. Well after that my car has been making a horrible vibration or exhaust noise that's been driving me crazy.
I've already changed the upper transmount since it was hitting the adapter plate for the f40 mount but didn't fix the noise. Now I've already replaced the catted Dp for an OEM DP but the sound is still there. The car is pretty quiet now exhaust wise but idk what the source is. Already looked at everything I can think of but I'm running out of ideas.
Here is the video I took not the best. The sound I'm taking about it when the car sounds like i have a fart can.

Is it just noise or can you feel it too? I had a noise exactly like this before and it ended up being the steering rack heat shield had cracked out around the upper fastener. I think the only way to check it is from underneath but you can reach up and give it a thump and listen for the noise.

So during the 3rd gear lugging event did it not stall the motor? If it started to happen only after lugging the car in third gear I would almost think it would have to be some sort of internal damage to the engine or I supposed possibly the clutch especially considering the symptoms are tied to engine RPM. Shouldn't be anything on the axle side of the transmission because there wouldn't have been significant torque there. I wouldn't even think the transmission because your engine wouldn't have been making that much power. I also wouldn't think clutch for the same reason but when trying to hit 3rd going that slow it would be like suddenly mating the engine to transmission and clutch that are hardly moving, possible idk. Was the engine revved up at all or did you try to power out not realizing you were in 3rd? I'm trying to think of what could suddenly cause an imbalance to the rotating assembly in the engine and the only thing I can think is a bent rod but I would think you'd have to be pushing significant throttle/boost at it to achieve that just from lugging it.

Well I was on third gear as that was the gear I was going on and started slowing down to go over the bump but I didnt take it off gear and go to first ( I thought I had switched it to first already) then when the front wheels where over the bump I tried giving it gas and the car started shaking and then I took it off gear. The vribation is on the car no matter if it's only idling or driving of course if I'm moving the sounds Is alot louder then once I get to the higher gears it's not that bad but you can still notice something isn't right and it's making the vibration sound.
The bucking that I'm having now seems to only happen on 6th gear when I give it gas and then take the gas away but it wont always do it and it's not bad maybe it's like a 100-200 rev difference but I can feel it

Could it be possible there's a slight warp in the flywheel or clutch plate? While slower speeds it wouldn't make too much issue, higher frequencies reverberate so when there's contact with high RPM, it's missing that much of the face plate.
Grasping at straws but the video sounds like there's a wobble in your acceleration.

I'm not sure only way to know would be to take the trans out at this point. For example today when I started the car up it was vibrating like crazy like if I had all mounts replaced with stiff ones. After driving maybe 10 miles the sounds went away even at low gears and came back. Its just weird

Way I see it the vibration has to either be something out of balance/deformed on the rotating assembly or some sort of misfire or weak fire causing power output to not be smooth. If it was just sound that would be one thing but I would think something significant to be out of whack to vibrate the whole car. Maybe do a compression test just for ***** and giggles.
