Exclamation No keys... what next

Hi gentlemen,

2007 SS non-Supercharged - no keys, no code tag to re-produce the original

What all is involved to resolve this situation?

Is the dealership able to re-create based on VIN alone?

Otherwise, what are the options...I imagine new ignition switch assembly+ keys +fobs and reprogram? Or is there something else I should consider?

Thanks for any input and advice

Cheers

A gm dealer can cut a key to vin for you, hopefully yours has never been changed. You will need
proof of ownership(title, registration, ect) and your id probably, that is what we would need at
my work to cut it. idk if Canada dealers are different but id imagine not. There is a 30min relearn you can do so you don't have to pay the dealer to program the key for the car. If you need the steps I can get a pdf from gm service info otherwise it should be around $50-60 for them to program the key after you have it cut.
