I have a 2007 Cobalt. I just had a new under the hood fuse box put on. When I got it back, I have no power steering. They said it was getting power to the pump but no power coming out. They used a test light to find that out. The fuse box was put on at the dealership but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. They ran a diagnostic test also
