So I've been driving around all morning running errands, and it's a little over 80 degrees F outside, but I noticed that the digital readout for the outside air temp is stuck at 70 degrees. Anyone have any problems like this before? I know it's not really a big deal, but I just bought this car about a month ago, and I expect stuff like that to work for a while after spending $20k on a brand new car. I did have the car in at the dealership this morning to get a new door handle/latch put on...could they have screwed something up with the thermometer?

 

Mine does the same exact thing.....I thought it was only mine though. It gets 110-115 daily and my thermometer always reads between 64-78.

 

sounds like bad calibration or location... nothing wrong with the circuit
