P0030&p0036&p0102&p0443 Help Me Please
Hey guys i need some help here. I changed my downpipe (gutted the cat ) and i hooked up the spark plug non foulers(As posted by anouther forum member) to the o2 bung bolted it back up started it up. Took it down the road had no problems as i am retuning to my house i pushed it the clutch and shifted to second gear rpms were a little low so the car kinda bogged down so when i hit the gas the car lurched forward and all of the sudden my display read "coolant" . Now the car is not running right i checked the coolant it is fine(i added water wetter last night per directions) i have no clue what is going on. I decided to unplug the battery and let it sit for 10 mins while i did this i checked all my fuses and come to find out that the ECM(15A) fuse was blown so i replaced it with anouther still thorwing codes can you help me out please? tell me what they mean? What i can do? thank you for your help
codes:

P0036

you gutted the cat, and you have a factory tune....that would explain the p0030 code, the po102 is MAF performance and...THe gutted cat will cause problems if you are on a stock tune

well, the MAF code could possibly be from the catalytic converter....if the converter isn't in place, the second 02 sensor will be getting bad readings...which could be why the maf code is getting thrown. As far as the coolant light.....maybe the sensor in the resivoir is bad, or blown fuse

I'm sayin, it's from the catalytic converter....the p0030 is a catalyst efficency code, the others are most likley cause of that.....either get hp tuners to delete the cat if you can, or put a cat back in the car.
and the codes....
p0030 and p0036 are the 02's telling you the cat is bad.
p0102 is maf performance
p0443 is for your EVAP canister purge valve
also, one thing to check...the 10 amp emissions fuse in the underhood block, make sure it's good and seated properly
and the codes....

well, as far as the coolant thing....there should be a level sensor in the coolant tank, those sensors are known to go bad....so I would maybe check that sensor out. As far as the ECM fuse I don't know....did the car stall, or not start or anything??? Also what were you doing when it blew?

p0141 HO2S Heater Performance Sensor 2 <<< because you removed your cat
P0135 HO2S Heater Performance Sensor 1 -PCM <<< Check to make sure you have the 1st o2 sensor installed and is plugged into the harness

so it would not be a bad intercooler(aftercooler) pump? so if i was to hook up the stock pipe with a cat everything should go back to normal? and or could i just take these out with hptuners?
one last question is it safe to drive my car like this (ie the engine temp never changed)

As far as p0141...it's safe. and p0135<<I don't know....I don't think it would be good. You can fix these problems with HPT or you can go back to stock. If it was up to me I'd get a custom tune. IMO

I'm pretty sure with HP tuners you can disable the post-cat o2 sensor, which should clear up all your problems.....or else if you have access to a stock down pipe with the catalytic converter, put that back in. And actually "gutting" the cat can sometimes cause more harm to performance then gains. Since it's not a straight through pipe the open area can cause turbulance in the air flow and hurt the performance a bit....let us know how it goes

ok im going necro on this thread..... i have these exact same 4 codes and mentioned on the first post BUT i am tuned. i have a catless downpipe, removed the post cat 02 sensor. full catback, full injen intake, and tuned. but yet im getting the same codes... cel comes on at startup but i can disable it with my scan gauge, car dies then i start it and no cel but the codes are pending now. ALSO since i installed the header my TC light came on and will not turn off. ( i have an automatic ) and a few times the power had cut off while i was driving..... NOW can someone help this problem lol
